The way images shape our culture and perception has always fascinated me. With a background in illustration, graphic design, and photography, I’ve developed a strong visual language and a broad understanding of visual communication.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across various creative fields — starting as an editorial photographer for magazines, then as a graphic designer and image archivist for two international art galleries. These roles deepened my knowledge of visual storytelling and sharpened my eye for detail.

Five years ago, I shifted my focus fully to illustration. Since then, I’ve been developing projects for social enterprises, foundations, and non-profit organizations — with a particular interest in social and sustainable topics.

I’m experienced in managing all phases of a project, from concept to final delivery, and I work closely with clients to ensure their vision is clearly and effectively communicated.

Originally from Costa Rica, I’m now based in Berlin and speak fluent Spanish, English, and German.
